Which place is BEST to move and WHY?

A little back story: My boyfriend and I live together and now he is looking to get a new position in a new location. I am a nurse so basically I can go anywhere. Now here lies our problem. I got into nursing because I wanted to freedom to move anywhere I wanted at any time. My boyfriend on the other hand works in Pro/College Sports, a tougher gig to just stumble upon. Recently, he has interviewed with three different teams, Phoenix Coyotes in Glendale Arizona, Florida State University in Tallahassee, and Carolina Hurricanes in Raleigh North Carolina. Now this is our issue, he has been officially offered the job in Phoenix and Tallahassee and we are waiting to hear from Raleigh. Now if you all had your choice and we could choice from any of the three locations what would you pick and why. We are a young couple early 20's, enjoy the urban and city nightlife and are currently from the Pittsburgh PA area. I need your help I know where I would feel most comfortable but I don't know a lot about any of the areas. Your help is much appreciated.
