Is it possible to take a Kelty Coyote Women's backpack as a carry-on for an international flight?

If I were you, i would put some stuff in that bag that I would consider carrying in my carry-on but be prepared to check it in if not possible to be a carry on bag and I would still bring another bag that you know it would pass as a carryon bag. If you are having second thoughts about checking in your backpack, I suggest to pack it in into a larger bag you would use to check in with other stuff you'll be bringing with you.
