My dad has side pain?

Please make sure your dad sees a GI doctor that specializes in biliary issues. I have chronic upper right quadrant pain and it is because I have Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction as well as Chronic Pancreatitis, all this happened after I had my gallbladder removed from what they thought was gall stones. There are many people out there that have this and it is very hard to get a good diagnosis. CT will not see anything unless you have issues with the pancreas and/or possibly the gall bladder.
