What are the worst ways people have misspelled or mispronounced your name?

My name is Robyn-Michele, in school I was always called Michele. I've had teachers pronounce it like Michael or tell me that I've spelled my name wrong. I even have doctors and other professionals tell me I've spelled my name wrong because it should be spelled Robin-Michelle. I've explained that it isn't wrong, it's just not conventional but it doesn't seem to matter.
