Nervous To Jog Advice?

aw don't worry, you see all kinds of people jogging! most people will probably be inspired that you're taking action to live a healthier life while they're sitting on their butts as they drive by. anyway,running is amazing:). seriously, i started this year and i'm in love with it! you have to remember to not expect a whole lot though at first-i thought i was fit because i played tennis competively and i was convinced i could go run for an hour, but the first time i went jogging, i had to stop after ten minutes. a flat path though shouldn't be too bad. just remember not to eat too soon before running to prevent cramps. also, stretch before and after to prevent muscle soreness. stay hydrated, and take an ipod along to pump you up! good luck with your running!:)
