I am 14 going into to 9th grade and want to lose A LOT of weight before returning to school.?

Well, try SPRINTING for a hell of a lot longer than 15 mins, and join a sport. At the beginning of they year i weighed 200 lbs. Through football and rugby, i now sit at 130. Just remember what weight is healthy, and eat right.
