Gamestop can't remember my email?

I was trying to get my Serial Key for Call Of Duty World At War, and I couldn't remember my login info. So I pressed "Forgot Password?" and I typed in my email. And after 12 tries, it keeps keeps saying "The e-mail address entered is not in our records. Please check for accuracy and try again" Any help? And yes, it is the correct email. I use it with everything. No misspellings.
